Summary:

Walk to the sand, Starbucks and Vintage Market in 5 minutes from this stunning whitewater view Zuma Beach home. 4 bedrooms in a super quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. This spot in Malibu has it all. The best beach walk along Zuma and Broad Beach, restaurants, markets, coffee and Friday music night at Trancas.

The house boasts over 2,600ft of open floor plan, offering stunning ocean and mountain views throughout. There are lots of nearby neighbors so events and parties are not welcome here.



The Space:

The house is 'upside down' with the 3 of the 4 bedrooms downstairs and the living area with balconies and views (kitchen, dining, living room, den and the 4th bedroom) upstairs.

The 3 bedrooms downstairs include a huge primary bedroom with roomy primary bathroom, tub and separate shower. The primary bedroom features a large walk-in closet.

The other two bedrooms boast mirrored wardrobe doors and they both share a lovely travertine and quartz, 2 sink vanity.

There's a washer and dryer in the garage with downstairs hallway access.

Upstairs you'll find the kitchen, huge seating for 8 island, a dining table, living room, 2 balconies, a TV/Family room, a 4th bedroom (queen bed) and a cute guest bathroom with shower.



Guest Access:

Full access to the house except there's a locked 2nd closet off the primary bedroom and the garage should only be accessed for laundry use.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located on a small subdivision (19 total houses on 2 streets) with a cul-de-sac on the bluff at above Zuma Beach. The houses are pretty close to each other so noisy or loud parties are prohibited.

It's a fantastic area because you can walk to Trancas Vintage market, Starbucks and a few incredible restaurants in 5 minutes via a trail. OR walk directly to the beach on the road in 5 minutes. It's the best!



Other Things to Note:

This home does not welcome parties or events of any kind.

Normal get togethers with dinner and drinks etc are welcome. But the close proximity to our neighbors prohibits parties or noise after 9pm.

I'm always available by phone, text and email. I also have a co-host and neighbors who can help troubleshoot any issues.
