About this apartment rental
This Malibu Beachfront Rental is a four-unit townhouse complex. This unit faces north and has stunning views of Latigo Bay.
The rental provides a fresh and friendly approach the moment you arrive at our property. Our aim is to provide the best knowledge and customer service in helping you with your entire stay. A greeter will be awaiting you once you arrive on the property to show you around and answer any questions you have! (self-check-in is preferred during COVID-19)
Malibu offers some of the best dining, hiking, and surfing in all of Southern California. Your welcome guide will provide information on local activities such as horseback riding, kayaking, surfing, and paddleboarding.
During the summer months (May-August), a personal guide with local knowledge will be on-call to book reservations, guide paddleboard tours, and professionally photograph families or couples on the beach.
The location of this property is situated on a rock overlooking the ocean with private beach access and famous hiking and mountain biking trails across the street. It is within a few miles of all the local dive bars, restaurants, and markets. You are located in the central part of Malibu and a five minute drive to restaurants and shopping.
Highly recommended low tide walks north to some of the best tide pools in all of Malibu.
You can even walk on the beach to the world famous Geoffreys or Paradise Cove for brunch! Almost guaranteed to see dolphins during your stay!
While there is a common area deck with barbecue downstairs, there is no need to leave the privacy of your own condo as there is a new Fuego brand bbq on your deck with ample dining seating and lounge chairs. Air Conditioning and Heaters in every room!

Unique apartment with incredible views. A beautiful apartment in every respect where you can feel very comfortable. And the view from every room, you can't get any closer to the sea, is incredible. We saw dolphins from the living room....Thanks to Nathan for the always quick and courteous communication. The stay couldn't have been nicer.

Simple trip, looking for a place to relax and unwind with great views and this didn’t disappoint. The views from the living area and the bedroom are hard to beat. It’s not the most “updated” property, but it definitely serves its purpose and is priced great given other Malibu options.
The property privacy is good to feel safe, but can be a hassle if you’re getting food delivered after dark because it’s easy to drive right past the location.
All communication with the host was great, quick, and very helpful. All around a great stay.

Nothing like on the sand in Malibu! This building is somewhat solitary, so no buildings on either side & plenty of less populated beach front right down the steps. There were 6 of us and we didn’t feel cramped, but the kitchen is a little tight for group meal prep if that’s your thing. Nathan was incredibly responsive from beginning to end. This place was perfect for our needs.

Nathan was kind and easy to work with. The property is beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean. The property faces towards the south, if you’re looking for sunsets over the ocean it won’t happen here during April, however this can be used to your advantage. Head to Westward beach and get a beautiful sunset it’s only 10 min from the property or the famous matador beach, watch the dolphins swim by surfers. Eat at places like Malibu farms, Ollo, Nobu, dukes and more. All within 10 min of the property. We travelled with my 5 month old and my sisters 15 month old, when we came home for hikes and put the kids down for their naps, the adults sat in the living room or the patio, drank our caffeinated beverages and soaked up the view and the sun, the best part was that we didn’t feel like we were missing out being at the condo. We say dolphins each day. Property is located very close to solstice canyon, within walking distance or a short drive. We also went to LA and did Runyon canyon which is about 45 min away, and overlooks LA, you can also see the Hollywood sign and Griffith observatory. I could go on, in short we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.
