For the driveway, please drive with caution, especially if you have a non-SUV or low-clearance vehicle. Conventional cars can usually navigate the driveway safely by entering at a diagonal, while SUVs and higher-clearance vehicles should have no problem. Take it slow for safety.- Guests may encounter wildlife while on the property. Please keep doors closed, do not leave food outside, and remain aware of your surroundings when outdoors.Parking Details:- There is a 3-car garage and 3-car driveway available for parking.- No street parking is permitted.---The room configuration is as follows:Primary Bedroom / King bedBedroom 2 / Queen bedBedroom 3 / Queen bedBedroom 4 / Queen bed---This is a smoke-free property. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
