No Pets Allowed. Located directly on the beach in San Simeon, you will experience unobstructed views of Central Coast California's breathtaking Pacific Ocean, with visbility spanning from the Southern end of Cambria to the historical San Simeon Lighthouse and beyond.
"Oceanfront Escape" on Balboa, is a spacious four-bedroom, three bath condo that has ocean views from almost every room, with beach access only steps away. It's the absolute perfect spot to sit out on the patio and whale, dolphin, otter - watch and sunset gaze while the ocean breeze lulls you into a whole new level of serenity.
The entry level of the home has the Kitchen and Dining area, Living Room, guest bedroom with a Queen bed, and a guest bedroom with 2 twin size beds.The upper level of the property features the master suite with a King bed and sliders that lead out to a wrap-around deck, a guest bedroom with a Full size bed and a Trundle bed that has a single bed on top and full size bed that pulls out from underneath, so in all the property can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
There are two living room areas, both up and downstairs, each with gas fireplaces, flat-screen televisions, and private oceanfront balconies, providing an unequaled and spectacular view!

Amazing beach front with stair access to the beach right in front of the condo. Feels like a house, private with amazing views from every window. Quiet, well outfitted with comfortable seating, etc. Wonderful girlfriends get away with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each of us to have our own. Would definitely stay here again.

The house accommodated the 5 of us nicely. The kitchen is super small so limited in what you can do. The upstairs family area is great very roomy. The stairs to the beach are terrible. No railing and there was no way for seniors to maneuver them. The location was OK but no really good for walking, again no easy beach access. The parking area is tight forca larger vehicle.

Enjoyed being on the beach. Nice location except for across the way neighbors. Most uncomfortable furniture down stairs but other than that we had a great vacation.
