We had a really enjoyable stay. We particularly liked the terrace - the hot tub, of course, but in bright sunny weather a lovely space to sit, and at night, millions of stars! Although close to other houses the terrace is not overlooked so it feels private. Close to a very quiet beach for great sea swimming, also to Tide Mills, Rathfinny vineyard, Driftwood garden for sight-seeing, and Seaford town for shopping including antiques and jewellery.
Small things haven't been maintained since the place was designed to a high-spec - so lots of pretty fairy lights but several not working, a bed sheet worn through to a hole, a wobbly shower door, leaflets about the local area out of date ... It's not far from the A259 and local train line so there's noise when windows are open. And the way in via a dirt track is tricky to find and steep at first, with then several steps up to the cabin - all without signs to show you're in the right place (photos attached to help future guests find it more easily).

Great location, only a short 10-15 minute walk to a nearby train station if required so all good.
Layout of the chalet is fantastic with a great use of the space, we never felt cramped!
This property could easily be 5 star with the following minor improvements:
Sweep the steps to the property from the car port, first impressions are everything.
Weed the patio shingle.
Clean the glass on the patio doors.
The sign warning of nails near the parking area was a bit concerning but a relevant property disclaimer.

The cabin was even better than expected! We particularly enjoyed the patio garden with the most beautiful views.
