Welcome to our stunning and luxurious beach house in Seaford, East Sussex! Recently fully renovated from top to bottom to a comfortable yet high end standard throughout. Just a stones throw away from the beautiful 3-mile-long Seaford Beach, this coastal stay offers the perfect getaway for families, beach lovers, hikers, and water sport doers
Accommodation
Our beach house comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests with the following:
Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms featuring 2 king-size beds, 1 single bed, and 1 king-size sofa bed, all with luxurious memory foam mattresses for a restful night's sleep.
Bathrooms: 1 elegantly designed bathroom with a waterfall shower and a separate bath, plus a convenient separate toilet.

Nestled in the charming town of Seaford, our beach house is ideally situated near various attractions:
Maverick boat tours: The best way to enjoy water sports or see their scenic tour such as the iconic 7 sisters. With special discount of 10% on all tours.
Beachy Head: Iconic chalk headland with breathtaking views.
Seven Sisters Cliffs: Famous white cliffs perfect for scenic walks and romantic picnics.
Cuckmere Haven River: A serene spot for kayaking and nature walks.
Friston Forest: Great for hiking, mountain biking and secluded meditation spots.
Seaford Museum (Martello Tower): Discover the rich history of Seaford, and historic Napoleonic fortification
Seaford Head Golf Course: Enjoy a round of golf with stunning views, only minutes walk from the property.
Rathfinny Vineyard: Is an absolute must whilst you visit. Exceptional wines with unbelievable views. Vineyard tours available and restaurant.

We stayed one week with our family of five and enjoyed every minute here. The house offered everything we could think of. The location is great: only 100m to the coastline and a start of a hike to the Seven Sisters.

We had an excellent stay at Tony’s apartment which is beautifully located at the start of the Seven Sisters cliffs, but also only a 10 minute walk in town so you’re close to shops/restaurants.
The apartment itself was perfect - everything felt brand new. The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen is a decent size. There were games and local guides which were nice and everyone said they slept really well in each room. The place really does look as nice as the photos!
Tony was really helpful at communicating throughout - he shared local recommendations and gave really clear guidance on how to access the property, where to park etc.
Thank you Tony, we’d definitely stay again!
