This new apartment just renovated is located in the historical center of Florence. A unique location just a few steps from the most beautiful monuments of the city. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a living area that has two comfortable sofa bed. The apartment has a kitchen area in the living room. The apartment is located on the 3^ floor without elevator, but there are just a few stairs between every floor. Full equipped like at home, the perfect house for the best stay. Literally OLTRARNO means the ‘other side of the Arno’, this is traditionally the area of Florence\'s artisans and its old-world, bohemian streets are sprinkled with botteghe (workshops), independent boutiques. It embraces the south area of the river and west of Ponte Vecchio; its backbone is Borgo San Jacopo, clad with shops and a twinset of 12th-century towers, Torre dei Marsili and Torre de\' Belfredelli. Cuisine – prepared using artisanal ingredients, of course – is a real strength here, with many of fashionable restaurants and drinks to entice. Don\'t forget to visit the Piazza della Passera with resturants and bars for unforgettable moments. The strategic location of this property will let you reach the most famous attractions of the city in a few steps. At your disposal we can provide reservation for private transfer from airport or railway station to the apt and return. The apartment is in a great location in Oltrarno. We had a few questions and Alesandra responded very timely. Apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was ideal. Able to walk everywhere. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Pictures of rental are accurate. Must be able to walk up several flights of stairs. (Which is noted on description)

The apartment was as listed. Good location. It was nice to have A/C after long hot July days walking around Florence. Spacious floor plan and nice bathrooms. Beds are low to the ground but comfortable. Sleeper sofa’s had some small issues closing up completely but it wasn’t a big deal. Must have internet service to open the door with vikey key. Would recommend
