About this house rental
2 bedroom, 1 bath corner unit in a duplex that is just over 1 block from the beach. Living room comes with large smart TV and Wi-Fi with comfy couches and a bit of an ocean view looking down the street toward the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher as well as clothes washer and dryer. Dining table that seats four in the eat-in kitchen that is part of the open-layout living space. Updated bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed and smaller flat screen TVs with Roku in both bedrooms. Gated patio with BBQ.

This property worked great for us. The TV has very limited choices and no local channels. The Internet never worked for us in either unit. The units are a little worn, but it was clean and comfortable. The location is amazing and walkable to the beach, pier restaurants, and it was a single story building. There were steps in, but you could go in the side door and only have 2 steps in. Overall it was a great little place

We have enjoyed our stay at the same location for several years now. This has worked out perfect every year for our grandchildren. The walk to the beach and to the great famous Splash Cafe. It provides everythink that we need. Very clean and organized a great family vaction spot. It has been the perfect spot for us year after year. We will be back next year.The only one thing I would love to see next year is an ironing board.Thank you,Gary & Mary
