About this apartment rental
Pismo Shores Paradise #119 has been beautifully updated in neutral beach decor. Located in the popular family complex of Pismo Shores, this two-bedroom (2 king beds + full sleeper sofa), 1.5-bath unit is light and airy, offering stunning ocean views from the master suite. The beach condo has been completely remodeled for luxurious beach living. The Pismo Shores community features a swimming pool, spa, and clubhouse with a living room, kitchen, and game room. The complex is gated for optimal security and has private beach access.
Suitability: Family getaway, couples retreat. No smoking. One non-shedding dog (under 45 pounds) will be considered.
The owner will happily consider one small, non-shedding dog (under 45 pounds) who is housebroken and crated when left alone. A pet fee applies. No exceptions to this pet policy (sorry, retrievers and other larger, shedding breeds aren't the best fit). The non-refundable pet fee is $75 per night, with a max of $225.
Pricing covers up to 4 guests. If your group is larger, there will be a small extra charge per night for each additional guest.
The HOA heats the swimming pool a week before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year, and from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The spa is heated year-round. The property owner cannot guarantee the pool or spa will be operational during your stay.
Note: The Pismo Shores complex is currently undergoing an exterior painting project. During your stay, you may experience some noise on weekdays while the work is in progress. For the most up-to-date project schedule, contact Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals.

Would absolutely stay here again! Can see the ocean from inside and outside this rental. Such a close walk to the beach. We were a bit worried about only having one full bathroom. It was NOT an issue at all. The full bathroom is connected to another two sink space with doors. Plus the downstairs half bath. Place was entirely clean. Very comfy couch. Pillows and bedding also all comfy. Loved having a covered parking spot plus additional parking always available. No complaints at all!

Our stay here was perfect. The location is amazing, quiet, and family friendly. It was the most well stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in with a full kitchen and everything you need to make great meals. The beds were comfortable and it was set up to accommodate large families. We will definitely be back!
