This is a comfortable, clean and well equipped, We have a peaceful backyard to relax and feel laid-back. Strict quiet hours after 9pm until 8am. disputes can occur when people are inconsiderate to our neighbors in how much noise they create or park cars on driveways. Guests enjoy easy access to San Diego's best beaches, restaurants, shops and many more. Spacious yard with all the amenities for an enjoyable & comfortable stay with friend and family, in a prime location with 10 minutes drive to access all tourist attractions in San Diego including San Digeo zoo, Balboa Park, downtown , Coronado Island and many more. guest can access to all rooms , kitchen, bathroom & front yard. You can reach me with text or call. feel safe and enjoy the most peaceful nights in our neighborhood, Plenty of parking on the street available. The laundromat store located at corner of L Ave and 4th St ,one block away to apartment (Walkable access).
