Located in an up & coming neighborhood, close to Downtown San Diego, the Airport, the Convention Center, the San Diego Zoo, Petco Park, Sea World & Coronado. Our home is a great place to get away by yourself, for pleasure or for work, or with your family & friends.
Our spacious house features 3 large bedrooms, a formal dining room, a full kitchen, kitchen nook & so much more!
As well as a big, private & fully fenced backyard; it is a great place to relax, BBQ, sit by the firepit or just lounge & enjoy our wonderful San Diego weather!
There is plenty of space to park in the long driveway - enough for 4 cars - and even enough space for an RV. There's also plenty of street parking available.
Washer & dryer are located in the garage.
This is a very safe, family friendly neighborhood.
(Some of our neighbors do have dogs, so you may occasionally hear a dog bark.)

We love this place the house is clean, especially the kitchen everything that you need is in there. The place is quiet and it's close to the store, gas station, and the park. My family enjoyed our stay in this house. I truly recommend this house.

This property is perfect for a family. The location is in excellent proximity to downtown San Diego. The property has everything you need and is spacious. I will definitely stay here again.
