About this apartment rental
The condo is in Coronado Cays, a small marina community in the city of Coronado that is connected to San Diego by a bridge. The Cays are minutes walk to the beautiful Silver Strand Beach. The Strand is a narrow strip of land that separates the Pacific Ocean from San Diego Bay. The Cays in on the bay side of The Strand. Our condo in on the 2nd story and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in a generous 1,800 square feet that has gorgeous sunsets and cool ocean breezes. From June through August, rental begins on the 1st of the month and there will be a 2 day break before next guests arrive to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting high touch areas. Small dogs are welcomed. 26 Days Minimum Rental.

What a wonderful place to relax, ride bikes, watch sunsets and investigate Coronado and San Diego!!
Paul and Carol were wonderful hosts, with great communication.
Their home is just as in the photos...very comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet, but has a wonderful park where the kids hang out and play. (Adults, too!) We hope to return in 2025!

Had a wonderful stay at this condo. Beautiful views of water from condo and easy walk to bay and ocean beaches. Condo is well appointed, has everything you need for a perfect stay. Owners were so accommodating and gracious. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome time at Paul and Carol Yong’s Condo in the Cays . Paul and Carol have a beautiful place on the water . We walked to the beach , rode bikes (provided) to Coronado Island and enjoyed eating out on the balcony overlooking the water. Paul and Carol are wonderful at making you feel at home . Their Condo is stocked with all of the amenities and comforts of home . We brought our fishing boat and were thrilled there was a slip right out side the condo for us to use. Our 3 boys (all in their 20’s ) flew in from 3 states for some great family time :) We have great photos /memories!

Everything about this entire rental process was seamless, pleasant, and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better rental, or property managers, who were constantly willing to go the extra mile to make renting 72 Kingston as enjoyable as possible. The neighbors are pleasant as can be, and parking is available 24/7 within a few yards of the front door. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
