There is an enclosed back patio with a spiral stair to the second-floor deck (also accessed from one of the upstairs bedrooms) with built-in granite counters for enjoying the ocean views and the sunsets during happy hour. The attached 2-car garage has every wall finished in style with beautiful wood cabinets, drawers, closets and a tiled floor. Appliances are upscale such as Wolf, Viking and Bosch and the home is offered completely furnished with linens, kitchen utensils, small appliances, BBQ grill, patio space heater, three bicycles and beach gear. This single-family home has been painstakingly remodeled and upgraded with rich wood finishes and many tile and glass features. It boasts two bedrooms with Cal king beds, one upstairs and one downstairs, with two additional guest rooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with a trundle bed that sleeps two.
