• The master bedroom with king size bed, located on the top floor of this home includes beach and ocean views, personal balcony, a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom.
• The second and third bedrooms are also located on the top floor, one includes a queen bed and the other includes two twin beds.
• The 4th bedroom is located within the garage on the main level of the house and it includes a twin over full bunk bed
• The 5th bedroom is located on the bottom floor of the home and includes a king size bed and twin bunk beds with attached bathroom.
• The main living area includes cozy furniture, high ceilings and large windows. The open floor plan leads the living room directly into the dining room which features a deck overlooking the creek.
• The large kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for the entire family! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the expansive decks just off the kitchen, also overlooking the creek!
• The downstairs den has another TV, comfy seating and games for the entire family to enjoy. The downstairs also has its own entrance to the backyard.
• Laundry is available on site and located in the garage.
• BBQ located on the balcony off the kitchen.
• Additional amenities include ping pong table, foosball, boogie boards and beach towels.
No Smoking on premises and No Pets allowed!
Please note the rock fireplace located in the living room is not operational.

The house was stocked with everything you would need and was clean but showed its age. The decks are in dire need of refinishing, and the dining room table and chairs were aged (we even saw a slightly broken chair when we arrived). With all these things, the house was perfect for our needs. The BBQ is a propane BBQ not a charcoal BBQ as advertised. The place is close to everything, we loved it, and would come back again.

Don't try to arrive early, we had 2 infants needing a nap, arrived at 2pm and was told we could not be given permission without cleaning personnel stating they were done. I told the person, we checked and nobody was at the home, still told no. Hung out til 4 and nobody came or went. Also, had to vacume due to sand under carpets, (grandson is curious). I went to use the vacuum but had to clean it first, seemed like it had notbeen cleaned for months. These are the reasons for a poorer rating. House was well equipped for cooking and had plenty of room for us all though it does need some repairs on faucets, windows, and some deck work. Overall the family did have a very good time, location is great.
