Appartement confortable et très bien équipé. Proche du centre-ville et de Deauville à pied.

La piscine, bien qu’elle soit petite.
Il manque clairement des WC séparés. Poêle complètement naze, devrait être jetée. Pas de torchon de rechange. Le balcon est infect car jamais nettoyé et impraticable à cause des piquants anti pigeons, dangereux ⚠️ pour les enfants. Ce comportement est obsessionnel car inexistant chez les voisins . CANAPÉ DÉFONCÉ L’abattant des WC est dévissé. Les oreillers sont archi bas de gamme. Les télés sont minuscules. On ne voit même pas les titres sur celle de la chambre. Le wifi coupe très très souvent … Mauvaise insonorisation. La literie en plastique est horrible. Le garage trop bas de plafond.
