Ideally placed in a beautiful luxury residence close to the Royal Barrière hotel and the beach, a comfortable two-room apartment facing south with a large balcony and beautiful views. The apartment consists of a bedroom and bathroom with toilet, a large living room with space for meals and a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, nespresso ...). The balcony is equipped for meals.

Nice renovated flat with balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. Good location and near to the wonderful beach. Some restaurants are located in the town, which is about 10 minutes to walk. To the supermarket it is also a 5-10 minutes walk. Parking is in the garage of the building and only for normal cars because of the limited hight of the ceiling.

Das Appartement ist nett eingerichtet und für 2 Personen sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit mehreren Pfannen und kleinen sowie großen Töpfen, Teetassen etc. Für die Nespresso braucht man die kleinen Kapseln, die man in den Supermärkten vor Ort gut bekommt. Taps für die Spülmaschine, Müllbeutel etc. alles vorhanden.
Das Wohnzimmer hat eine große Couch sowie einen runden Eßtisch an dem man gut sitzen kann. TV hat nur französische Programme., WLAN war für uns ausreichend. Der Balkon ist lang und man hat von morgens bis ca. 15 Uhr dort Sonne, wenn sie scheint. Der Blick ist auf den Eingang des Gebäudes und auf die schönen Häuser von Deauville. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 2 Meter langes Bett ohne Fußende, in dem wir als mit 1,80 und 2 Meter Größe wunderbar geschlafen haben. Im Bad gibt es nur eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Hier muss man ziemlich hoch einsteigen. Leider ist der Duschkopf ziemlich niedrig angebracht, so daß man nicht unter der Dusche stehen kann. Man kann sich lediglich abduschen, war für uns ausreichend. Es ist genug Platz um seine Sachen unterzubringen, Schränke im Appartment wie im Bad mehr als genug.
Das Appartement liegt direkt in der Nähe des schönen Strandes und es ist auch nicht weit bis ins Zentrum zu Deauville. Alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Herr Bost hat bei der Übergabe alles gut erklärt. Vor Ort ist eine Dame für alles ansprechbar, wenn man mit etwas Probleme hat. Die Tiefgarage hat eine niedrige Deckenhöhe, wir mussten gebückt gehen. Jedoch ist der Parkplatz in der Nähe des Ausganges, war für uns okay. Vor dem Haus sind die Parkplätze tagsüber kostenpflichtig, so dass man froh ist einen festen Parkplatz zu haben.
Wir bedanken uns nochmals bei Herrn Bost, es war für uns eine schöne Urlaubswoche und werden sicherlich nochmals wiederkommen.
