Appartement Le Clos de Sablier

Appartement très fonctionnel, spacieux, bien équipé, bien situé. Propriétaire à l’écoute et très réactive. Si je dois revenir à Deauville sans hésitation je reloue ce logement.

iets te ver van het centrum (ca 2 km); diverse restaurants in de buurt waren medio sept dicht of kon je niet avondeten, gelukkig was na 19 uur betaald parkeren in centrum niet nodig; nuttig om het appartement een plattegrond van Deauville/Trouville te hebben

Spacious completely furnished unit in an apartment complex in a quiet street directly off the main road and very close to the sea. Comes equipped with big fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and even a washer/dryer, enough towels and sheets etc. It also has two pleasant balconies, and there is a helpful guardian.

Contact with the manager (who was kind enough) was only online and per phone. We had to figure out by ourselves how the Wifi functions. The apartment has some odd minuses: there are no normal chairs, the light in the living room burns your eyes, the toilet is ridiculously hard to enter. Our main complaint, however, was the ongoing noise coming from the neighbour across the street who was building a swimming pool. This is of course not the fault of the our apartment's proprietor, but still his/her responsibility, and thoroughly spoilt our pleasure. Under the circumstances and for the duration of these works, it should not have been offered for rent.

Location. Its 200m from the beach and also from the supermarket. The beds are also very good. We liked the design of the place and ammenities present. There is a washing machine etc..

It was not cleaned properly. The toilet, kitchen supplies were dirty and dusty. Only one paper role etc..Really should scale up the cleaning. Also there was some heavy construction work going on in the building as well as outside of the building. You can also hear the neighbours upstairs.. so bring ur earplugs with you.
