The living area also benefits from a flat screen television and gas heating, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The 1 bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a shower and is complemented by a separate WC. A small balcony, south and west facing, extends the living space outdoors and is furnished with balcony furniture, offering a very beautiful panoramic view.
