Everything was exactly as advertised. Perfect spot. We stayed while attending family weekend at St Bonaventure - was only 30 minutes from campus. Will certainly be back.

Host was easy to contact and helpful. Hot tub was broken when we arrived but the host came out and got it running for the back portion of our stay. The front porch did get super icy with the snow melting off the roof. Overall good stay
