Tucked back in the woods, yet just minutes from the village of Ellicottville and ski slopes at Holiday Valley and Holimont- it doesn't get much better than this. This quaint 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home offers an open, simple layout with all of the comforts from home. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed as well as access to the second level porch overlooking the natural surrounding scenery. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a queen bed, and bedroom 3 is set up with 2 sets of bunk beds. This home is also equipped with a cozy wood burning stove, perfect for warming up after a day of skiing. Come stay at your home away from home! Please note that during winter, it's advisable to use four-wheel-drive vehicles for driveway access.
