About this house rental
Renovated between 11/19-1/20 this home is one of the most modern units of the 64 at Fox Ridge. Currently there are two floors of updated space including a spacious living room with views of Holiday Valley that are only surpassed by those from the chair lifts! The galley kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals for a crowd including a waffle maker for breakfast and a fondue set for apres ski. The wood treatment is from a local barn built circa 1840 and taken down by hand before being repurposed @ Valley View. The table top was custom made by a local craftsman and made of reclaimed White Oak along with the step to living room and loft. The loft railing was replaced with a support beam from the same barn. A variety of games, books and puzzles can be found in the media center and were curated to create engaging connections and create lifelong memories. When the day is done and everyone is exhausted the sleeping arrangements will be sure to please. The large master bedroom on the second floor enjoys plenty of soft natural light for a gentle morning wake up. You may not want to get out of the Thuma King Bed w/ Serta hybrid mattress and the softest sheets you’ve ever experienced. 42” smart TV recently installed! A large closet for extended stays and a handsome full bathroom is located in this room as well. A loft w/ a queen & armoire is located by walking through the master & overlooks living room. Don’t fret- the same Thuma/Serta combo is set up for a good nights rest here too. You’ll find a private bedroom off of the living room which has a triple bunk bed to sleep up to 5. The views from this bunk room are spectacular! The smart TV will have you binging on whatever your guilty pleasure is if the weather just isn’t cooperating. All the apps at your are fingertips including Disney+, Netflix, Showtime, Prime, HBO & Spectrum cable. But hey- get out and explore the Aspen of the East! Whether it’s a hike, a hamburger, a massage or a movie- our in house guide will ensure your experience in EVL is the best it can be!
By the way, with a brand new high efficiency furnace and central air conditioning you'll be comfortable in a blizzard or a heat wave. The tank-less water heater will provide an endless supply of hot water so everybody can hit the shower then the town so fresh and so clean.
Full basement with walk out doors and another beautiful view perfect for larger groups looking to have more space and more to do while inside. 55” smart TV and electronic dart board will provide hours of entertainment for adults and kids alike. The basement can sleep four with a full size memory foam sleeper sofa and full size Murphy Bed. There is a brand new full bathroom with heated floors, large laundry room and plenty of room to spread out in style and comfort around the electric fireplace..stay tuned for photos to come!

We had the best late summer family getaway at this property! The host was super friendly, communicative and responsive, and the home was impeccably clean with all the amenities you could want. Everything is updated and modern, and the kids were obsessed with the finished lower level. Comfy furniture and beds!! Convenient spot close to town with great restaurants and cute shops, and we took advantage of the beautiful weather with Holiday Valley pool passes, did some mountain biking and checked out the Sky High adventure park. We will be looking at dates to come back to this property to ski over the winter, but if you’re looking for a great spot in any season, look no further!

Cozy beds and clean. Nice place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves. Refrigerator wasn’t working properly, host replied and said he reached to the repair man but we were there for days after that with it not being fixed as the repair man never showed up. We did end up having to throw a bunch of food away because it got too warm. We really enjoyed our time just really bummed about the fridge.

We have been renting VBRO locations in Ellicottville for 7 years now for our annual ski trip. This was by far, the nicest, best location we have rented and I will book it again early to ensure we grab our next year dates! We had 3 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 under 10. We loved the set up. Tim was awesome about us checking in just a bit early so we could get to the slopes. We had everything we needed. The beds were all good. My older kids took the triple bunks and bumped their heads so I would recommend putting smaller kids there and letting the older ones take over the downstairs which was a fabulous space for our teenagers. The bathrooms had hot water, was perfect for what we needed. My only recommendation and it is small is adding some additional silverware. The condo holds a lot of people but we ran out of forks for dinner with 9 eating all at the same time. No biggie. We used the kid ones but adding some more would be helpful for larger groups. We called for the shuttle successfully to get to/from the slopes. We couldn’t reach them Saturday after our lunch and walked back. It was easy but our gear was still at the lodge so we walked in our ski boots. No issues. Very quick. We were surprised that we heard no one else in the condos next to us. That was nice once we crashed after a long day of skiing. The decor was updated, homey and fresh. The remodel is fantastic, space fantastic, location fantastic! We will be back!
