the location was the best ,the views from our room were picture perfect. we woke to the sight of Mt. Pilatus every morning. not to mention the sunsets...Wow The Restaurant meals were wonderful. Breakfast was ok. The room was lovely, a comfy bed and a small balcony.
If anything ,maybe a better breakfast. there wasn't much not to like.

It's a lovely hotel, beautiful landscape, excellent staff, delicious dinner, so it's all really nice, it would be perfect, but ...
But the whole is very noisy. You can hear every little move even from the third roome of the floar and above you, every steps on the corridor and the stairs and if it'not you who is snoring like hell in the neighbour room, then you will not sleep.
Breakfast does not worth it.
It's not clear from the description that your private bathroom is outside of the room on the other side of the corridor
