The location is very good. I also like the Breakfast.

I asked for the receipt. The hotel staff told me that she will send me via email. But it hasn’t come.

Nice hotel in the middle of Gruyeres. The breakfast was good.

As a tourist location it is somewhat strange that nobody in the Hotel spoke English.

Humble but authentic room. Comfortable bed, in room refrigerator. Amazing view out window. Amazing location!

Expensive even in off season. No hot water or maker available for coffee/tea

The location of the hotel was perfect

We were kept waiting for half a hour to get checked in. The breakfast was overpriced and no choices for allergens. The bed was very uncomfortable and very few facials in the room. Ie no tea/coffee no plugs sockets near to the bed
