The property is in proximity to train station with stores like Coop open all days. The apartment check-in is seamless. Shared kitchen is good with enough heating hobs and dishwasher.
The floor is a made of tiles or marbles and the room was freezing. No parquet floor or heated floor and it was extremely tough to walk with barefoot, specially for kids.

The location is good. Very close to the city center, next to the train station; the surroundings are fine, there are always people in the streets and we felt safe at any time of the day. For someone traveling by train it is ideal. The room was bright and big with sofa, armchair, table and chairs. The bed was very confortable. It was very quiet and warm. The access with a digit code worked well and was very convenient. The entrance hall was very bright, nice and welcoming.
The check-in process. First bad experience: receiving a phishing message which included my name, my booking number, Booking.com logo and telling me that my reservation would expire if I did not go through the process whithin 24h. I entered my credit card info because I thought the hotel needed it in case there were expenses in the room (mini bar) or damages. Then, the following day the bank contacted me because there had been a suspicious transaction of 1250 euros. The bank voided my credit card 1 day before traveling which was very bad news and I started thinking the room I had booked was a scam from the beginning: I would arrive at my destination and won't find any hotel. Especially since it was a contactless check-in and I didn't receive any information about how to access the building until the last minute. The bad experience continued when, on the day of my arrival, I received an email asking me to take a picture of my passport to check-in and learnt I couldn't access the room before 3pm. My cell data don't work abroad and I would have appreciated receiving requests 1 or 2 days in advance, before I was abroad. I think it would been easier and less stressful if after the reservation on booking.com I had received an email explaining the check-in process: "you will receive an email at and once we have verified your identity you will receive an access code to the building and to your room. We won't ask you for your credit card information". Also, on another note, which is a detail, it would be good to have more shampoo/shower gel/soap for 2 nights and 2 persons.
