Aucun reproche à faire sur les chambres
Le système de paiement de la taxe de séjour ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons été contraints de nous diriger avec nos valises vers l'hôtel en face pour pouvoir obtenir nos clefs. C'est totalement anormal et nous n'étions malheureusement pas les seuls. Un avertissement sur la porte ou un mail aurait été les bienvenus pour commencer un séjour agréable.

Emplacement. Propriété chambre. Literie confort (cousins un peu mous).
Check In via la borne qui ne marche pas (paiement CB des taxes refusées systématiquement) et apparemment c’est générale car d’autres clients ont eu le même soucis . C’est la réception de l’hôtel dans face qui a du gérer le problème alors quelle était débordée par ses propres clients. Merci à elle par ailleurs.
