Room was clean. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the last time we stayed. We arrived for breakfast at 8:30 and things were depleted and cold. Plates were at back of low shelf. Staff got me a plate and restocked the muffins when asked.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great for children, they made a real effort. Milk and cookies at bedtime brought with a selection of books. That was a real personal touch that we hadnt expected. The room was a great size for 4. Decent breakfast despite the small size of the hotel. We were only looking for a bed for a couple of nights to attend a birthday celebration but were really delighted with what a pleasant stay it was. Would definitely come back and hopefully the car chargers will be operational then.
