Loud music until 2.45 am on the first night with no apology or quieting of noise from the landlord. Police intervention at 3.30am finally brought a bit of peace. We have left and wont stay for our second night as we wanted a break from home and not sleep deprivation torture. The most inconsiderate landlord I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.

The room was nothing like the photos from which I made the booking not really big enough for 2 people very dark and freezing cold in the night when rads didn’t come on there was an electric heater in there but didn’t work it’s says on the Agoda site free breakfast, but when we ask they said there wasn’t breakfast but nice places to eat elsewhere. The room only cost us £*** which is cheap for Shrewsbury but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again I’ve stayed at better places for £***with breakfast and lovely large rooms with Agoda I would definitely recommend this place for food but not for the room we had and nothing like the beautiful pictures of rooms on the site. Very disappointed.
