It is in great location, close to public transport and Portobello road market.
It was clean and equipped.
The stairs to the top floor apartment are very steep - hard to manage with luggage.
Toilet seat was half broken.
The bed is very soft - not suitable for all.

The location was good, about 9 mins walk to Queensway tube station. The room was adequately sized and had everything I needed. It was clean. There were more than enough towels, and there was soap, coffee, and tea. The radiators worked well. My taxi driver recommended a great restaurant nearby called Durbar.
The single-glazed windows were locked, so I couldn't get fresh air. The double bed was pushed into the corner and would therefore have been inconvenient if I had stayed there with a second person. The shower head was fixed high onto the wall and couldn't be hand-held. There was nowhere to sit comfortably except on the bed. (There were two high stools at the kitchenette bar). I'm glad I had earplugs with me as I could hear neighbouring guests in the hall, talking while walking up the stairs, and (side-street) traffic outside.

This was the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. Even the communal areas were pristine. It was equipped with tea, coffee, toiletries and fresh towels. The sheets were 100% cotton. There was minimal noise from neighbours or from the street.
There was nothing at all to complain about!

The location was great. They were bakeries, supermarkets, grocery stories, tube station and restaurants near by.
Also, it was good that the apartment had heating .
The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly and the Wi-Fi was awful. We could barely connect two phones and one tablet just to have the minimum signal.
Also, we mentioned the problems that we had concerning the Wi-Fi signal and some towels that were not cleaned and we didn’t received any satisfactory solution.
