With attention to detail so it can comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 people, the apartment Oinos calms the senses at first sight. With a separate sitting area in shades of yellow, a dining area with kitchen, a spacious and functional bathroom and all the necessary comforts of a modern accommodation, the Oinos tempts the guest all year round with the large openings to the exterior areas for the summer months and the big fireplace for the months of the mild Cretan winter.

Just a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Heraklion, the Keramos complex with the six separate areas of accommodation, gazes from high up into the splendour of the sea and the tranquillity of the surrounding Cretan landscape, wild and hospitable all at once. From the organised exterior but also from all interior spaces, the view sprawls uninterrupted, beckoning for exploration and relaxation.

The beautiful and calm gulf of LYGARIA in only 400m away. It is a lovely narrow stretch of sand with calm and warm crystal clear waters. Watersports, scuba diving, sea beds, super markets and fish tavernas make this spot one of the most famous in the area.
The AGIA PELAGIA sandy bay is about 2 Km away. It is protected from the north winds, and the sea is almost always calm.
AGIA PELAGIA village has developed around its shores, so that's where you'll find many of the tavernas and cafeterias. In the center of Agia Pelagia you will find a super market, tourism offices, pharmacy, an ATM, tourist and souvenir shops and the taxi stand.
There are many restaurants and tavernas featuring Cretan, Greek or international cuisine, and all have a beautiful view of the sea. As you dine in Agia Pelagia, you can also partake of the wonderful scenes around you, and snap these memories into a treasured photo album: the various shades of the rippling sea, the cute little kid building a sand castle, the old fishing boats anchored in the bay, the fishermen preparing their nets for the night's labour!

The property is in a lovely position with a fabulous view of the sea. The apartment was extremely clean. George is a great host - extremely reliable and helpful. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing place to stay.

I cannot thank George enough for all of his help with our trip! Nothing was too much trouble.
Lovely clean, bright and well maintained property with a little gift on arrival. If you like, George can arrange pickup for you from the airport, car hire, etc.
Lovely quiet spot up on the hill overlooking the sea. Perfect for those wanting to relax in peaceful surroundings away from the crowds. 400m from quiet Lygaria beach, but be warn warned- its a bit of a hike back up the road in the heat if you haven't got a car. Small local shop just around the corner for essentials. Drive down to Agia Pelagia in the evenings for a spot of dinner at one of the many wonderful Greek Restaurants on the waterfront. I was VERY pleased to see that there was not an English pub or Breakfast in sight! Perfect! Thank you again George - we will definitely see you again!

We spent 10 days in this apartment. George had added in an extra bed for our extra child but the room still didn’t feel cramped. The apartment had everything we needed and we appreciated the little touches such as the provision of washing up liquid, hand soap, condiments and water. Makes such a difference. We made good use of the pool with the views of the sea... We hired a car and found the location very convenient. Just off the main highway so handy for Heraklion, Knossos, Water City and the resorts along the north coast. Lygaria Beach is in walking distance of the apartment and we can heartily recommend Sirocco restaurant as recommended to us by George. Very close to Agia Pelagia too, probably walking distance if you can face the walk back up the hill! George recommended several restaurants although we only tried one, Zorbas, but again we weren’t disappointed. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to other families.

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce sur le site, la vue est superbe, tout équipé, et très propre.
Le petit village en bas est aussi très sympa, et proche. La voiture n'est pas obligatoire mais au retour des plages ça monte !
Il y a plein de restaurants avec de bonne adresse proche de l'appartement (minimum 700 métres)
Nous y retournerons !
