This is an exceptional lovely place. It has all I need to have a relaxed vacation in October in Italy (I was there with my daughther, 16 years old). The ower is super-friendly and speaks English very well. The apartment is very spacy, very clean, exceptionally well equipped, with a large balcony facing SW allowing one, in October, to sit in the sun from sunrise til sunset, listening to the swell at the beach. Alimentari with all one needs is in 5 minute walking distance. The same applies to the bus stop one needs to commute to Anzio or Nettuno. Decent restaurants are within 30 minutes walking distance.

This is a very nice place and our. host was excellent. The beach is near by. I would definitely stay at this place again. The apartment is very nice and the view of the ocean from the balcony is great,.
The hardest part for us was getting there from the nearest train station with luggage. Without luggage it is not a bad walk to the apartment. I would recommend scheduling a taxi if you come by train. Once you get there the apartment is great and the host is excellent.

Breakfast was very nice especially having it on terrace in Front of the sea and the location was very peacefully and close to the beach "la playa". An amazing place for relax and have an especial fresh fish food.the sunset was also really relaxing and the host always ready to help for any kind of things you need
