About this villa rental
Villa of 80 sqm in residential complex with private access road, quiet and reserved. The house is developed on two levels with a patio and a large garden. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (double bedroom, bedroom with 3 beds and bedroom with 1 bed) and bathroom with shower. The outdoor area includes private parking, outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue area, patio and large garden.
Air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the second bedroom with three beds.
You can enjoy the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on the covered outdoor patio and why not relax during their days on the large lawn surrounding the house, or have a tasty BBQ. And 'available a convenient outdoor shower with hot water.
Equipment and sun loungers are available free of charge.
It is located in an area well served by bars, restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets. At about 500 meters from the beaches and the natural oasis WWF Tor Caldara. For connections to Rome, Anzio, Nettuno you can use the Villa Claudia railway station which is about 1 km and can also be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

perfect house, with complete set of services (towels and sheets), beautiful garden with the possibility of parking internally, outdoor shower, barbecue and table under the tents, ideal for summer dinners. We spent a wonderful week in 5 people, too bad we have to leave. Thanks to Luca and his very kind parents for the hospitality
