This lovely light and airy apartment is in a quiet location, within a walk or short drive from the wonderful beach as well as all amenities. Perfect!. 12 steps to entrance.

This is a great location for golfers, with Royal Montrose, one of the oldest courses in the world within walking distance as are tennis courts and the centre of the town with its wide thoroughfare, shops and restaurants.
India Lane Cottage offers the perfect base for a relaxing and interesting holiday, there are many activities and attractions both in the town and further afield. Visit the fabulous Montrose Air Station Heritage Centre - Great Britain’s first operational Military Air Station established in 1913, or the RSPB wildlife Reserve at Montrose Basin where a huge variety of bird and marine life can be spotted. With glorious sandy beaches on one side and the beauty of the Angus Glens for walkers on the other side of Montrose, this really is a perfect apartment to make the most of this wonderful area.
