Inside, a tiled reception hall leads to a stylish lounge with oak flooring, leather sofas, traditional fireplace with living flame gas fire and wall-mounted TV – a cosy spot to unwind after a day on the beach or nearby links. To the rear, the kitchen/dining room is set up for sociable meals, with a 5-burner gas range, integrated fridge-freezer and dishwasher, wall-mounted TV and a dining table for six. A separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave keeps longer stays simple, while a fully tiled cloakroom WC completes the ground floor.
