This elevated ground-floor conversion has been completely refurbished and elegantly furnished (late 2022) to create a stylish, contemporary four-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home with all the charm of a traditional villa and the comfort of a modern beach retreat. A private front garden gives you a sunny spot to sit out, with the Fife Coastal Path only moments away for shoreline walks. Wi-Fi is included for easy planning and streaming.

An impressive entrance and L-shaped reception hall lead through to a stunning open-plan sitting, dining and kitchen space with high ceilings, panelling and Karndean flooring. A bay window frames those panoramic sea views, with contemporary sofas and “Sherlock” chairs perfectly positioned to watch the water. The generous dining table seats eight, while the luxury quartz-topped kitchen, complete with range cooker, instant hot water tap, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine, is laid out for relaxed cooking and entertaining. A separate utility room keeps laundry and beach gear out of sight.
Three elegant king-size bedrooms – two to the front with sea views, one to the rear – offer boutique styling, traditional storage and Sky Glass TVs, while a fourth bedroom with full-size bunk beds makes a fun hideout for younger guests. A sleek shower room with rainfall enclosure and a stylish family bathroom with overhead rain shower mean there’s plenty of space for everyone to freshen up after a day on the sand or the nearby golf courses. Outside, the private lawn and patio in front of the villa are for guest use, and a side path links to the back door and straight on to the coastal path. Parking is available a short walk away at the Temple Car Park (around 200m).
