Great, clean unit with all you need for a short stay in La Spezia. Despite the hot weather, the unit remained cool and comfortable. Nice bathroom as well and the Wifi was great to have.
Not the best location if you are travelling by train. Looking at about a 30-45 minute walk, so keep that in mind if you plan to explore the surrounding areas during your time. However, the host did give instructions on a bus that could be taken from near the apartment.

The host was lovely on arrival, told us all the great locations, travel help and ideas for our stay. The location was a little out of the way, so not ideal if you want to be in the centre at night as you would need to get a bus (which is not easy to navigate) or a taxi. The property itself was very modern, unfortunately no aircon but the fans were suffice for the nights we stayed. For the large majority clean and the host provided us with all the necessities for our stay.
The property itself was very warm for this time of year due to the lack of aircon and the location wasn’t incredible. But for the price and the property itself, worth the money and we did enjoy our stay overall!
