Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in November so it was low season and there was nobody else around to be seen.
Bedspread had a large rip. Bed was, however, comfortable.
Housekeeping was excellent.

We only stayed one night; wished we could have stayed a week! This is like a castle; beautifully appointed and the grounds are gorgeous. A truly unique experience. Also the beds were comfortable and the shower worked fine; and our host was perfectly cordial.
