About this apartment rental
We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Saint-Malo, this charming apartment with less than one kilometer of the beach, with wifi (optical fibre), of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator).
It consists of a nice living room of 20 m², separate kitchen, fully equipped, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower).
The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 2 single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Outside :
- A balcony to enjoy the beautiful days with a view on St Malo intra muros and the port.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in the lower part of the St Servan district, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, please note that public parking is available at a charge on Rue Georges Clémenceau, as well as in the nearest Charcot parking lot.
Here's some additional information about transportation:
- The apartment is served by bus line: 8 (GASPÉ stop)
- Saint Malo train station: 1.6 km (25 min walk) or bus line 8
- Rennes airport: 70 km to Rennes St Jacques
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, at the ferry terminal 500m away, 5-minute walk.
- Dinan slipway 900m away: shuttle for the St Malo-Dinard crossing.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

Victoria - Belle Vue "We loved our stay here. This is a roomy and nicely presented apartment in an older building which still retains many of its elegant features e.g. the broad sweeping staircase, very high ceilings, and wooden floors.
It met our needs perfectly: a firm comfortable bed, a strong warm shower, and the means to prepare a snack etc. The lady who met us was friendly and helpful, the apartment was pristine, and the WiFi worked well. There were a number of tourist brochures available (although very little in English). We found parking spots on the public street on the first two nights of our stay, and we used the paid parking just behind the building for our third night. I was pleasantly surprised to find that our parking from early evening to mid-morning only cost us four Euro (please don’t depend on this price though!).
I would highly recommend this apartment for a short stay in St Malo."
