About this house rental
This charming 158 m² house with swimming pool in Dinard can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a bright, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a shower and bath. The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 60 m² through living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master suite with garden view and queen-size bed (160x200), private shower room with heated towel rail
- A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer
- Separate WC with washbasin
First floor:
- Mezzanine with sofa
- One double bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- One attic bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200)
- One bedroom with bunk beds (90x200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath, heated towel rail
- A separate WC
Villa des Rochettes has a fully enclosed garden of around 680 m² with a south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture: dining table for 6/8 people, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, 2 adult sun loungers and 2 children's sun loungers.
The swimming pool is private and protected by a roller shutter (heated from 1 May to 30 September // non-contractual dates).
Ideal for families or groups of friends, Les Rochettes has a barbecue, cot, high chair, ironing board and iron.
On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
The house is located in a quiet, residential and very pleasant environment. It is close to a number of beaches:
- Plage du Prieuré in Dinard (5 min by car)
- Plage de la Fourberie in Saint-Lunaire (6 min by car)
- Plage de l'Ecluse in Dinard (7 min by car)
Public transport:
- You can park directly on the secure property (up to 2 vehicles)
- Coach links from Saint-Malo station
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo (17 minutes by car > 10 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes (80 km)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available
- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- The fireplace cannot be used
- Autonomous arrival possible, to be chosen at the time of booking
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Parties / loud music on the terrace are not permitted due to the proximity of the neighbourhood and the naturally calm and relaxing environment. We will be vigilant about any nuisance. Villa des Rochettes The house itself was beautiful, and the pool area and garden were lovely for spending time outside. Unfortunately the house was poorly equipped in some respects, missing some key items - had a washing machine but no airer, no washing line, no tumble dryer, so there was nowhere to actually dry washing. No bottle opener, only 2x sharp knives, very few pans for cooking. Just meant that preparing food was not as easy as it should have been. Host offered early checkin, but then stoped communicating so we had to stick to an originally agreed 4pm checkin - we were then asked to wait for a further twenty minutes (with two young children), as they weren't ready to let us in, as previous tenants had left house in a mess. Cleaning by Cocoonr was obviously started late and rushed as there were greasy handprints all over the downstairs windows/doors, coffee table etc. House was well located, a short drive from St Malo port, and about 6-7 minute drive to the beach in Dinard.
