About this house rental
In the St Enogat area, the historic heart of Dinard, 5 min from the Dinard daily market and 5 min from the Thalasso:
Holiday house close to the sea (500 m beach of St Enogat) with Garden and veranda in the West. (Grill available)
Single storey house, access 2 steps
Stay-kitchen, 2 rooms, 1 toilet, 1 sdb, ... (70 m ² with veranda)
Sleeps 4 to 5 people or 4 adults maxi (1 x 160x200 bed, 1 sofa bed 160x200, 2 beds 90x190 bunk) - baby bed on request
SDB with Italian shower. Note: a capricious water temperature requiring modulating the mixer.
Kitchen with dishwasher, 4 gas rings and traditional oven (washing machine available for stay more than 1 week)
Luminous interior and all comfort including TV & Hifi
Renovated floors throughout the house (October 2012)
Bed linen and towels not provided: think of bringing them (including crockery and bath mats)
Beach access 500 m via quiet streets
At 250 m from the shops and the heart of St Enogat (halfway towards beach)
Easy parking (not private)
Pets not allowed
House 'non smoker' (but it is not forbidden to go in the garden with its ashtray ...)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ensoleillé. Maison propre et très fonctionnelle à 5 mins de la plage et des commerces.
Il ne manque rien dans la maison, et le jardin est très agréable et sans vis à vis.

Logement très bien situé pas très loin de la mer, idéal pour une famille avec enfants. Très bon séjour. À renouveler si nécessaire

Parfaite pour 4 personnes (2 adultes & 2 enfants), très bien située proche de la plage de St Enogat, le petit jardin est parfait pour dégourdir les petites jambes.
Le seul point problématique pour nous la literie parentale trop dure pour un dos fragile, pour ceux qui aime alors allez y !!
