The house was spacious.
Offstreet parking, on a relatively quiet road.
Near a super market which was very convenient.
Rooms were big
House was clean overall
Nice little garden and BBQ

The location is good if you have bikes but it is misleading to say it is 5 mins from centre of town. It is 5 to 10 on bikes especially with children. Or you drive and have to pay for parking. Waking is at least 15 to 20.
The toilet it doesn't flush well which just requires some attention.
Some furntirue was worn, such as the table in the kitchen which had a very damaged top. It's a shame as it leaves a poor impression on an otherwise tidy place.
There are plastic sheets under the bedsheets which are not comfortable for sleeping, especially in the heat of summer nights.

5 minutes walk from one of the lovely local beaches (Plage de Port Blanc) with a Pizzeria en route and a 2 minute stroll from a Carrefour supermarket and Pharmacie. Parking in front of the property so easy access to nearby St Lunaire, St Briac etc. Clean and tidy, with a dishwasher, washing machine, cotton bedding and an enclosed grassy outside space…
Further from the main beach (Plage de L’Ecluse) than we’d realised when booking but that’s on us! Issues with the toilet flushing while we were there but the owner Marceau was very responsive and tried to solve (plumber came by) while we were there - he is planning to replace completely so hopefully will be sorted for the next guests!
