About this apartment rental
A high-specification apartment, right on the beach at East Wittering, with glorious sea views. Relaxed luxury in a stunning setting. Perfect for couples, family holidays or working breaks. On the second floor with floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony facing the sea. Free off-street parking, with barrier-controlled entry. Metres from East Wittering's independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pub. All amenities required to work, rest and play!
The space
Matt and Carolyn welcome you to Seagate Court. This is our happy place! We love this captivating corner of Sussex and have spent many wonderful times here over the years.
The apartment has a double bedroom with a king size bed, and a second bedroom with a bunk. The bunk beds are full-size singles and suitable for adults. Both bedrooms and the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner have full length windows and sea views, with lots of comfy sofa space for relaxing. The luxury bathroom has a large walk-in shower (no bath). There is a sea-facing balcony with table and chairs. The apartment complex has garden space on the seafront where children can play.
The flat has everything you need, including a Nespresso coffee machine, washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, instant hot water, a well-equipped kitchen, electric radiators, smart TV with DVD, bluetooth speakers, and super-fast wifi. A limited supply of washing-up liquid / cloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and soap are provided to get you started. A small selection of DVDs, books and games are available for you to enjoy. We will send across a full visitor pack on booking.

There is free, secure parking on site. There are two spaces with electric charge points. Please note the apartment is on the second floor with no lift access.
Other things to note
Linen (towels and bedding) is included. Beds will be made up on arrival. Please bring your own beach towels. We welcome infants and the balcony is safe for those of all ages, but please note there is no bath in the apartment and no special equipment such as high chair, changer or cot, and we are on the second floor, so you may not consider the apartment suitable for very young children.

This is a beautifully done flat with lots of light and space, very comfortably furnished and well suited to all the extremes of weather on the coast. (It has a great little library too including a remarkably well chosen set of volumes on British government.) the location could hardly be more convenient with all the local restaurants and facilities comfortably within a few minutes walk. We also had very quick responses to questions!
