숙소 컨디션은 좋았어요 식기도 훌륭하고 식기세척기도 있어서 편했어요
지하주차장이 있어서 안전하고, 걸어서 1분거리에 마트도 있어서 장보기도 좋았어요
체크인에 어려움 겪을때 1층 레스토랑 사장님이 도와주셔서 너무 감사했어요
1주일전에 보내준다던 체크인 안내 메일이 없어서 아파트 도착해서 당황했어요 호텔에서 체크인하는 걸 알려줬어야 했어요
부킹닷컴으로 메세지 보내는 건 체크가 안되는지 답변이 없고....
어려움끝에 키 받아 왔는데 문이 안열려서 또 직원이 와서 해결해주기까지 30분도 더 허비했어요
결국 두시간이나 시간을 버렸어요 그나마 1층 사장님이 도와주셔서 다행이었어요

Non sono piu fornite delle ciotole per i cani nonostante il cane paghi il soggiorno anche piu degli anni precedenti, non ci hanno ritirato il carrello della colazione ma l’abbiamo tenuto in camera fino al giorno successivo
