La posizione, con balcone a vista sui Baranci a 5 minuti dalle piste e 3 minuti dal centro del paesei, appartamento monolocale ma molto bene allestito, garage condominiale con ascensore

komfortný apartmán , perfektne vybavený, Pračka, chladnička, umývačka, mikrovlnka, rúra... všetko. dostatok riadu, Spoločný priestor a izby komfortne. Všetko čisté a pripravené. K apartmánu patrí pivnica, čo sme s lyžami ocenili. Apartmán je hneď pri zástavke busu a vlaková stanica je cez cestu. Do mesta, alebo pod svah je to par minut pešo
Jediná nevýhoda bola, že odpad bolo treba nosiť cca 1km ďaleko do centralnej "budky na smeti"
