About this apartment rental
"Villa Lechner" is our family's holiday home with a splendid view of the ski slopes and churches of the historic village of San Candido. 5 minutes walk from the pedestrian center and the ski slopes. First floor apartment with triple exposure.
Our house has a beautiful view of the Baranci ski slopes and the historic center of San Candido.
It is a three-story house and the apartment is on the first floor. Large living room with kitchen and stube, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies.
Washing machine washer dryer and dishwasher. Oval bench with 7 seats to spend evenings in company playing cards with the board games present in the house.
Cellar for storing skis and boots and bicycles.

Plenty of space for my wife and I and our two adult sons on vacation. Location is great for day trips around the Dolomites and the proximity made groceries, places to eat and drink a quick walk through the pedestrian tunnel and out to downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

L’appartamento era completo e confortevole. Posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro del paesino. Vista spettacolo e proprietario cordiale e disponibile. La consiglio vivamente a chiunque perché ne vale davvero la pena.

Apartment has a nice view, nice location and is well equipped.
On the negative side the apartment has not been cleaned properly - old bread in the basket, half eaten sport bar in the drawer, hair and body hair on various places, dirty dishes and pots, etc.
In addition the apartment has only one parking space and it is problematic if you come with two cars (7 people). Free or charge parking is 10 minutes walking distance.
Last but not least walls are not well insulated so you can hear a TV from the neighbor in the middle of the night and neighbor down below has been complaining for our washing machine during the night.

Sul lato negativo l'appartamento non è stato pulito correttamente: pane vecchio nel cestino, sport bar mezzo mangiato nel cassetto, capelli e peli in vari punti, piatti e pentole sporchi, ecc.
Inoltre l'appartamento ha un solo posto auto ed è problematico se vieni con due auto (7 persone). Il parcheggio gratuito o a pagamento è a 10 minuti a piedi.
Ultimo ma non meno importante, le pareti non sono ben isolate, quindi puoi sentire una TV dal vicino nel cuore della notte e il vicino in basso si è lamentato per la nostra lavatrice durante la notte.
