Thank you for being accommodating with our group as we had to figure out an extra night of lodging and moving in and out with our children.
The cleaning staff was pretty rude when we tried to check out...also I have never heard of a 9:30am checkout anywhere. I travel for work, and have traveled for 8 months of the year and never have encountered a 9:30am checkout in my life. It's actually super unreasonable to expect that guests check out that early, and it was - needless to say - a big inconvenience.
