Unit was lovely ; kitchen well appointed & adequately fitted out. Bed comfortable.
Enjoyed the pool area & proximity to ocean
Alii Drive is extremely noisy
Difficulty finding building 3 for us & 6 for our friends. Signage is not lit at night & is recessed from street. Individual unit #s are not adequately marked from parking lot. either.
At another time, the Night site manager did not answer his phone for couple who had locked themselves out of condo above us. Then, They used our phone to call Vacasa ‘S 1 800 line who were able to provide entrance code .

We loved the kitchen with all utensils and needs for cooking. Linens were nice. Shampoo and soap was helpful. Check in and out was easy. Bed was a little small but mattress was good.

There are some housekeeping issues that were discussed via text and they were very concerned and resposive.
The property is in a great location and the amenities of the resort are wonderful.
The store next door is handy for quick items.
The kitchen has pretty much everything a person needs to cook most anything.
I personally thin they could toss out the murphy bed and get a decent real bed, but thats my opinion.
Vacassa is a good company to work with and i would have no problems doing so again.

Great and was exactly like the pictures. But have a lot of bugs in it and traps (at least they try to do something). The condo is not with the main building, so you have to walk and cross the street to go in the pool or do laundry. Room is smaller than the other side too. The price is a bit much for what you got and what you can have the other side. But still a nice place.
