Great place to stay! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, coffeehouses, and so much more! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor grilling area every day as well. Excellent communication from the host and check in and check out was a breeze. The condo is well equipped with everything you could possible need. We definitely will be staying here again on our next trip back to the island!

Love this property and location. It is centrally located to downtown Kailua-Kona. Walking distance to swim at the pier and shop downtown. Daily runs on Alii drive. Beautiful landscape on the property and around the pool. Quiet and safe. The only wish I had was that the bedroom had air conditioning. The living room had it. Which was helpful. Grocery store is walking distance. Great TV. We would stay here again.

This unit is in the back of complex and parking is a bit of a walk, a short walk to Kona. The pool is very enjoyable and nice and cool. I would stay here again. No ac in the bedroom but It wasn't too bad as it cools down at night. I did encounter some ants but they were so small it was hardly noticeable.
