About this apartment rental
I have a 20% weekly, and a 30% monthly discount plus a 10% mobile and 10% last minute discount. This is a oceanview studio condo in town with very comfortable airloom queen mattress with wall bed that folds down from the wall to give you more space, with extra fold town table also. Did i say location? This condo is in a 'great ' location, just steps away from alii drive the main street that drives thru town along the ocean, my condo is very cute, with hawiian and asian inspired decoration, very comfortable, Condo has nice oceanview pool also with Marquee spa ( hotub) and BBQ. Turnkey with full size living room with lazy boy reclining couch, remodeled full bathroom, oceanveiw lanai, brand new remodeled kitchen, with 2 burner ceramic range top, convection toaster oven, air fryer convection toaster oven, microwave, new full size refrigerator, all linens, cable tv, internet, dvd, free phone. In town, walk to all resturants and shopping, 1 block to beach & and pier where all water sports leave from,(snorkeling, suba diving, parasailing, kayaking, whale whatching, dinner cruises). Close to Kona Ironman Triathalon,finish line 2 blks away, Close to airport, 15 minutes away.

This unit is very small no bathroom door washer dryers in the basement. We did have a problem. With the water being shut off the day before we were leaving we were trying to get ready for a luau and had no water for about four hours which made getting ready a pain in the ass call the owner. They said they were replacing the main valve to the whole complex

Although a tad small we managed quite well and didn't need to put the bed away any night. The condo was well fitted out with plenty of nice ttowels
