About this apartment rental
In elegant villa '50s, in a very quiet but very close to the center, the house is on a street parallel to Viale Italy, the promenade of Marina di Castagneto. On the first floor has an excellent lighting.
The apartment is spacious and recently renovated, has 3 bedrooms (for a total of 6 beds) and 2 bathrooms. The large garden, ideal for dinner and to stay outside in the shade of the trees, it also allows parking for 3 cars. The apartment has a kitchen and heating system with LPG.
It is accessed by a soft staircase that leads up to a terrace with a porch that can be conveniently used for dining.

Die Lage des Apartment ist optimal, sehr nah zum Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Großzügige Räume und gute Betten. Die Ausstattung ist Zweckmäßig aber alles vorhanden und funktionierte. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Übergabe war schnell und unkompliziert. Auch der Stellplatz für das Auto ist vorhanden und in dieser Gegend sehr wichtig. Wir würden gerne wieder hinfahren.

The location is great...a five minute walk to the beach but at night it is really noisy. The back rooms are right on a road and there are two apartments below and you can really hear everything. The front room, while set back from the road, is on the same road as a disco pub that in the summer is noisy until 2-3 a.m. The house itself is nice ....dated decor 1970's but it was clean and functional. Keep in mind there is no a.c and it was terribly hot so make sure you bring a fan or two.
