About this villa rental

In the surroundings of Marina di Campo, a few minutes from the sea and the city center, in a quiet area in the countryside. The large sandy beach offers all the comforts and in the pretty village you can find numerous shops, boutiques and clubs. Ideal for those who want a completely relaxing holiday but still convenient for services. The beach of Marina di Campo, about 1 km long, is partly free and partly equipped with a gently sloping seabed and therefore ideal for families with small children.
Detached villa with large fenced garden. Located on the mezzanine floor, it consists of two double bedrooms (one without a wardrobe), a twin bedroom. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Kitchen and living room. The property includes dining areas for outdoor dining. Parking spaces, TV and oven are available to guests. Washing machine in an external room. Furnished in a simple and functional way, it is located about 1 km from the center and the beach of Marina di Campo. Ideal for those who want to relax. Pets allowed with a supplement. Bed linen and towels can be rented upon reservation.
